ITINERARY
Machu Picchu full day is an excellent option for travelers who want to visit the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu and do not have much time. Our one day excursion to Machu Picchu provides you with everything you need to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience to the fullest.
Very early we will transfer from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo where we will board the train that will take us in approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours to the town of Machu Picchu, on this route you will enjoy beautiful scenery until you reach our final destination.
Already in Machu Picchu Pueblo we will take the bus that will transfer us to the Archaeological Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, the trip takes 40 minutes, finally we will arrive at the Inca citadel, you will be amazed at this monument considered one of the 7 wonders of the Modern World, immediately our guide will begin the guided tour for you to learn more about the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu.
In the afternoon/evening, we will board the train to return to Ollantaytambo, where we will ensure your reception and transfer to the city of Cusco.
