Itinerary

Day 1: Sacred Valley VIP

Pick up from your hotel from 6:20 to 6:45 a.m., we will leave for our first visit to Chinchero, a picturesque village, where we can see agricultural terraces, the remains of the royal hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui, the beautiful colonial temple built on the foundations of an Inca building and observe the whole process of wool from washing and spinning to become beautiful textiles.

Continuing with our visit we will go to the circular terraces of Moray, where we will observe what were terraces of agricultural experimentation, then we will continue to the Salineras de Maras (salt mines), in this place we will observe the natural process of salt extraction dating from the time of the Incas.

Our next stop will be in the town of Urubamba, a place with good weather where we will have 40 minutes approximately to enjoy a buffet lunch, then we will go to the Ollantaytambo Fortress.

After the tour in Ollantaytambo we will go to the train station to board the 4:30 pm train to the town of Aguas Calientes where our assistant will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Once at your hotel you will receive a brief explanation about the next day.

Day 2: Machu Picchu Full Day

After breakfast our assistant will transfer you from your hotel to the bus station.

The bus will take us to the archaeological sanctuary of Machu Picchu, the trip takes 30 minutes. Finally we will arrive at the Inca citadel, you will be amazed at this monument considered one of the 7 wonders of the Modern World, immediately our guide will begin the guided tour for you to learn more about the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu.

In the afternoon/evening, we will board the train to return to Ollantaytambo, where we will ensure your reception and transfer to the city of Cusco.
